The Southeast Marketing Symposium will accept two presentations from each member school for inclusion in the 2015 program. Each faculty adviser should review and approve submissions that represent your school.
**NEW in 2015: We’d like to have separate sessions for papers that are still in development versus those that are completed. Also, we’re putting faculty to work in the sessions! For developmental papers, we’ll have faculty panels that give reactions to the work and advice on moving forward with the research. For the completed papers, there will be faculty who are asked to read the papers before the session and comment on the work. **Please designate whether the paper is developmental or completed when you submit your abstract.
Abstract submissions should be no longer than one page and should highlight and summarize the key components of the manuscript, offering the reader a sample of the presentation. Abstracts will be included in the symposium publication. Each abstract should also include the author name(s) and school affiliation(s), as well as the presentation title.
Presentations at the symposium should be limited to 20 minutes each and will follow AMA conference procedures.
